FAQs to use the Allianz Portal for Service Awards

1. What’s the return policy?
All sales are final. We can only accept returns for items that are defective. If your order is incorrect or defective, please email Support@workstore.in and a replacement will be sent to you.
2. How do I place my order?
• Log in or create an account.
• Browse for items (or search for specific items by description or item #) and add them to your cart.
• Follow the instructions outlined in the checkout process.
• During registration, If you have more than one Outlook Email Id, you should not register using Customer provided Outlook Email Id instead use IND Outlook Email Id only.

3. How do I create an account?
Click on Sign in in the upper right-hand corner and follow the prompts or create an account during the checkout process. Once you create an account, you can see your order status and history, for quicker check out. You may check out as a guest but won’t have access to order status and history.
Please note Password used to create an account should not match any of the passwords used within Allianz.

4. How do I see my shopping cart?
Click on Cart in the upper right-hand corner of the screen.

5. How can I confirm that my order was received?
You’ll get an Order Confirmation email immediately after you place your order. You can also check the status of your order by logging into your account.

6. What are the shipping fees?
The product prices are inclusive of shipping fees and other taxes. No additional payment needed

7. What if I need to make changes to my order?
All sales are final. But if you realize an error was made, email Support@workstore.in and reference your order # in the subject line. The team will follow up within 24 hours to confirm if your requested change can be made.

8. When will I get my order?
E-voucher cards will be dispatched with 7-10 days.

You can contact Workstore Pvt Ltd at any time. Helpdesk Support will be provided on weekdays Monday to Friday between 9:30 AM-6:00 PM IST excluding national holidays.
